Mold production
Precision and punctuality are the essential goals in the production of molds.
We can handle molds with a total weight of 30t.
On 4 CAM workstations we use HYPERMILL for the programming of our machinery.
The mechanical processing department is equipped with
- Nr.13 milling centers
- Nr.3 sinker EDM machines
- Nr.3 wire EDM machines
- Nr.1 deep hole drilling center
- Nr.3 lathes
The milling centers are all equipped with on-board inspecting technology such as M&H 3D Form Inspect from HEXAGON METROLOGY for dimensional control.
The assembly department is equipped with:
-Nr. 4 workstations for assembly and adjustment
-Nr.1 spotting press
-Grinding machines and radial drills
