Reliability, concreteness, tenacity and passion: Form’s managers and employees are our greatest resource, on which we invest with increasing care. In addition to technical training with specific courses, we push on team working, team building and experiential training. In this way our employees are always motivated and coordinated.
Much has been invested in safety and prevention training: 600 hours in the last two years, about 20% of the total training provided. And equal dedication to the instruction of new employees in technical / specific training (software, machine tools and others controls).
