FORM srl was established in 1980 after significant experience in the world of die-casting. It stems from a definite project and strong desire: to introduce itself as a reliable and safe partner, mixing the right amount of tradition and efficiency and looking for the constant balance between the inventiveness of the individual and the productivity of the most advanced technologies.

In all these years this allowed FORM srl to specialize in the DESIGN and CONSTRUCTION of die casting moulds for aluminium and light alloy components. At the centre of our business lies just one objective: to ensure that CUSTOMERS’ needs and expectations are always met, paying the utmost attention to QUALITY controls during the various stages of production, but also in the choice of the best raw materials and the most suitable heat treatments.

The correct sizing of the mould and its easiness of use and maintenance also ensure the availability of particulars subject to high wear and tear.

Quality

QUALITY controls are carried out at all production stages: from the search for materials to the choice of heat treatments, through the granting of origin and/or treatment certificates.

From project design, through filling simulation and the creation of mathematical models, to execution, wax sampling and final testing, not only of the die-cast samples but also of the most significant components. FORM srl has had the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 DNV Quality Certificate since 1999 and is planning the ISO 14001 environmental certificate, all this integrated with the safety management system provided for by the current regulations.
